About Us

The company was founded by Erik Thiry (born 1970) in the beginning of 2020 in order to pursue his own business interests.

Erik Thiry has over 25 years of professional experience in consulting and in senior management functions on a global basis. He has worked extensively in several industries, e.g. chemicals, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and pulp & paper where he covered a broad range of strategic as well as operations related topics.

Till 2019, Erik Thiry was part of an executive management team of a New York Stock Exchange listed chemical company. There he was responsible for the largest global business unit with over 1 bn $ revenue und ~150 mn $ EBITDA, 14 plants and the strategic raw material purchasing. During his leadership from 2016 to 2019 he grew the BU’s EBITDA by about 50 mn $. 

Beforehand, he was a principal and junior partner of a leading global management consultancy where he led multiple strategy and operations projects for blue chip clients.
